it is a physical issue as well as a psychological one. One of the easiest ways to manage stress is to exercise.

Many counselors and experts of stress will advise their clients to get into some form of exercise program, be it tennis, golf, going to the gym, etc. Just be sure that you really enjoy the form of exercise you choose, because if you don’t really enjoy it you will not do it very long.

Many People at the beginning of the year, having made a resolution to lose weight or to get in shape, join a gym and maybe go the first couple of weeks and then just stop, even if they paid for a six months or more membership.

is the lack of money causing you stress?    Do you know that there were more millionaires made during the depression?  So when you listen to the news, or read the newspaper about the lack of money in the world and how the recession will make everyone poor, this is not true.

Don’t worry about the “The Economy”  only think about “Your Economy”.   If you can keep your thoughts, your attitude and your beliefs positive, you will have the ability to create what you want in your life.

Many people think that it is hard to change their beliefs, but do you remember as a child when you believed in Santa Claus?   How long did it take you to disbelieve when someone told you that Santa Claus didn’t exist?   Not very long I am sure.   Therefore you can change what you believe in, even if you have had the belief all your life.  You just need to decide to change the belief and make a new belief.

You can let go of stress, by not thinking of the problem and start thinking about the solutions.   You have over 60,000 thoughts a day and about 70% of them are the same thoughts you had yesterday and the day before.  And most of those thoughts are negative.

So if you have more bills then you have money to pay them with it would be a good to write down on paper where you are spending your money and see what you can do without.  Most people buy things they don’t really need in the spir of the moment.  When you go grocery shopping it is best that you take a shopping list and only buy the things that are on the list.
